Body Awareness for Mental Health
Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected?
Body Awareness for Mental Health is a free monthly community class exploring how stress shows up in the body and why body awareness matters for mental and emotional well-being.
Through simple education, guided body-awareness practices, and reflection, participants will learn to:
Recognize the body’s stress signals
Practice body awareness in everyday life
Better understand their feelings and needs
Meet others and build connection
Each gathering will explore a different topic while providing a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and connect with others. No prior experience is needed, and personal sharing is always optional.
When: Every second Tuesday of the month, 6:00–7:00 p.m.

Cost: Free—registration is required.
Body Awareness for Mental Health is a nonclinical wellness program and is not group therapy.
