The Heart & Soul Behind
Happi Headspace
Welcome — I’m Rochelle, and my own healing journey became the foundation for this work.
For years, talk therapy helped me understand my trauma and recognize unhealthy patterns, but I still felt disconnected from myself.
Everything shifted when I began practicing yoga at age 42. Through body-centered practices like yoga, stretch therapy, and Internal Family Systems work, I learned how to reconnect with myself, regulate my nervous system, and make choices rooted in self-worth instead of survival.
I came to understand that healing involves both mind and body. Our bodies hold emotions, memories, pain, and patterns — and healing deep wounds requires listening to both.
Today, my mission is to help women reconnect with themselves and support their mental health through body-centered practices that foster awareness, regulation, and self-trust.
