Join us for a playful, sensory-filled evening designed to help you reconnect with yourself through taste, touch, sound, movement, scent, and more.

You’ll get to try different experiences, notice what sparks something in you, and maybe rediscover a few parts of yourself you haven’t connected with in a while. This experience was created by Ella Marlo, Founder and Visionary of 'neriSH, who will guide us through the evening’s conversation and self-discovery activities.

Ella’s work is all about helping women tune back into themselves, trust what they feel, and make choices that feel more aligned with who they are. Through play, reflection, and sensory exploration, this experience invites women to reconnect with what feels good, what sparks curiosity, and what it means to choose themselves again.

Because sometimes the question isn’t, What should I be doing? It’s: What actually feels good to me now?
